Positive news is blowing from several quarters to boost stock market sentiment, with upbeat housing figures in America accompanied by a call from President Barack Obama to cut corporate taxes.  Tom Tracy explains that a panel at the World Economic Forum in Davos is also forecasting a broad global recovery in 2011, although the economies of most western developed countries are expected to be flat, America and Germany perhaps the exceptions.
