The Digital Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising Forth Capital’s digital marketing campaigns to drive qualified traffic, generate high-quality leads, and enhance brand visibility globally. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of our digital strategy, from content and social media to performance marketing, SEO, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement an integrated digital marketing strategy across all platforms.
  • Manage and optimise paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) for lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Oversee SEO strategy and ensure all web content is optimised for search.
  • Coordinate the production of engaging content across digital channels, including blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media including short form video content.

Website & Conversion Optimisation

  • Manage and optimise the company website (WordPress or other CMS).
  • Implement conversion rate optimisation (CRO) techniques to improve user experience and lead capture.
  • Collaborate with developers and designers to enhance site functionality and performance.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor and report on key digital metrics using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other tools.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance and ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimise content and ad performance.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and advisory teams to align digital efforts with business goals.
  • Manage third-party agencies and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends and apply best practices across channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the financial services or B2C professional services industry.
  • Proven track record in managing performance marketing campaigns and achieving measurable ROI.
  • Strong experience with SEO/SEM, Google Ads, social media advertising, email automation tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with international teams and audiences is a plus.

Desirable Skills

  • HubSpot CRM experience.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or web development best practices.
  • Understanding of financial services marketing compliance in international markets.
  • Experience with video marketing and webinars.
