The Role
We’re hiring a Chief Operating Officer who will sit at the right hand of our Founder & CEO and run the operational engine of the business. This is a senior leadership role for a proven operator who brings structure, accountability, and execution to a fast-scaling, international financial planning business.
You will be fully responsible for the day-to-day internal operations of the company across multiple jurisdictions. You’ll ensure our teams, systems, compliance, and reporting functions are aligned, integrated, and efficient—freeing the CEO to focus entirely on growth, client relationships, brand, and strategic direction.
This is not a support role. This is a Number 2 position for someone who commands trust, earns respect, and thrives in a high-performance environment where clarity, consistency, and execution are non-negotiable.

Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Leadership
- Lead and refine end-to-end operational workflows across all global offices (Dubai, UK, EU, US).
- Design scalable, compliant systems for onboarding, advice delivery, client reviews, and internal admin.
- Take full ownership of operational delivery, quality control, and adviser enablement.
2. Technology & MI Ownership
- Lead all CRM and systems decisions; drive adoption, automation, and efficiency.
- Build and own monthly MI dashboards: revenue, AUM, pipeline, adviser performance.
- Ensure data integrity and real-time visibility across all business units.
3. HR & People Management
- Manage recruitment, performance tracking, contracts, and team development.
- Instil a culture of clarity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Act as day-to-day team leader for back-office, admin, and paraplanning staff.
4. Compliance & Regulatory Integration
- Own the internal compliance process in collaboration with external specialists.
- Ensure full adherence to MiFID II, GDPR, FATCA/CRS, and suitability standards.
- Embed compliant processes across all jurisdictions and platforms.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of operational leadership in regulated financial services (IFA, Wealth Management, Platforms).
- Experience managing teams and operations across UK, EU, and international markets.
- Strong hands-on CRM/system skills (Xplan, Intelliflo, HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Proven track record in implementing processes, leading teams, and automating workflows.
- Commercially sharp, emotionally intelligent, and obsessed with operational excellence.
- Comfortable operating as the #2 to a high-D/I visionary founder.
