Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a business plan aligned with targets
- Proactively manage and grow your client portfolio with timely reviews and full compliance
- Drive new business via referrals and professional networks
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM, supported by the back-office team
- Convert pre-qualified prospects into long-term clients with onboarding support
- Provide expert advice across investments, pensions, cross-border tax, and estate planning.
Required Qualifications
- Fully qualified in local jurisdiction to give Financial Advice
- Level 4 UK (Required)
- Chartered (preferred) or working towards Chartered status
Required Skills & Experience
- At least 5 years as a qualified Financial Adviser, with 3+ years international experience
- Self-driven and entrepreneurial, able to manage clients and grow business independently
- Proven track record in attracting and managing significant AUM
- Expertise in cross-border financial planning for HNW clients (pensions, investments, tax, wealth preservation)
- Strong business development skills: through networking, referrals, seminars, partnerships
- Professional, client-focused, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Solid regulatory and compliance knowledge
- Performs well under pressure and meets deadlines.
