To be successful in this role you will fit one of the following three profiles:
- You’re currently in the UK but see the next step of your career being abroad, building a portfolio of clients internationally, with the support of an established, award winning, cross-border financial planning and wealth management business.
- You are currently an international financial adviser but are frustrated by a lack of new business leads and/or sub-optimal support and administration.
- You’ve returned to the UK from abroad and want to continue to support your clients and grow your international client portfolio with qualified leads and market-leading international compliance and back-office support.
We will provide the international licenses, the market-leading support and the award-winning investment strategies. You bring the hunger, the skill, and a winning entrepreneurial mindset.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute your business plan in alignment with agreed targets.
- Proactively manage and grow your client portfolio, ensuring timely annual reviews and full compliance.
- Generate new business opportunities through referrals and professional networks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using CRM systems, adhering to company processes.
- Convert high-quality, qualified leads into clients.
- Deliver expert advice across investments, pensions, cross-border tax, and estate planning.

Required Qualifications
- Fully qualified in local jurisdiction to give Financial Advice
- Level 4 UK (Required)
- Chartered (preferred) or working towards Chartered status
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ working as an IFA.
- Experience in international financial advice (Preferable).
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset - able to work independently, take ownership of client relationships, and drive business growth.
- Demonstrated ability to attract and manage substantial assets under management (AUM) - candidates should be confident in onboarding clients with sizable portfolios and delivering long-term value.
- Excellent knowledge of cross-border financial planning, including pensions, investments, tax structuring, and wealth preservation strategies for HNW clients.
- Strong business development skills - able to build a client base from networking, referrals, seminars, and partnerships.
- Highly professional and client-focused approach, with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills - persuasive, credible, and sharp.
- Strong regulatory and compliance understanding.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.
